I never get ID'd anymore

A couple years ago, in the same week I was both carded (for presumably being under age) AND asked if I qualified for senior citizen discount at two different places.

... wtf ??? How can I go from under-aged to over-aged in one week !?!?!?

Ha, I call bullshit!

You're obviously unawares, but lots of things taste as good as skinny feels. I ain't skinny no more (though that has nothing to do with overeating, though it wouldn't matter if it did), and to start the list off I'll say cheesecake, fried chicken, loaded fries and cherry cola taste a hell of a lot better than being thin.

Dunno, but some people are face blind. They might also have bad vision.
 
I remember when I had to show my ID card in my 25 for buying a tequila bottle as one of the most embarrasing moments in my life.

You just look like an adult man.

I don't know. I was in that file to pay, the woman stopped me to check if I was legal age, and I felt everybody in my file and the two files next to me were looking at me. I paid, got the bottle and disappeared.

BTW I showed her my ID card without complainig and I shut the fuck up. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible.
 
Lol. I know the feeling. I used to get so aggravated having to pull out my ID everytime I bought cigarettes or booze. Now, I wish I was carded.

Ugh, I know. I'm really done with makeup and elaborate hair (obviously so :wink:) at this point. I still use it to cover up spots or discolouration, but aside from that it was a phase. :-)
 
I get carded all the time...it's a bit annoying but it happens so often that I'm used to it. I just whip it out and move along.
 
It doesn't happen as much as it used to, but I am pleasantly surprised when it does. And yes, I think mustaches, facial hair of any type really, generally makes someone look older.
 
Huh, at least it's not on your first time.

The first (and so far the only) time I went out to buy booze was in OZ, where the cashier did not even bother to ask for my passport.

I felt wilting at that time.
