These performers go by the names Marcello & Felipe and indicate their location to be Columbia. The shorter (and obviously smooth skinned) of the two shaves his underarms etc. That makes him appear younger. At least one site on which the image linked in the opening post appears indicates definitively that they were at least 18 years of age at the time of photography.
 
This site is excellent at controlling an deleting any inappropriate images, if the image is up it must have passed strict guidelines beforehand.
 
His body shape doesn't seem that young.
If you concentrate on his body, he has a fully adult body.

Not so much, really, although I think they have been presented with the same haircut and similar briefs to suggest that.

The one on the right had radically different shaped eyes than the left. He looks more Southern Mediterranean (or the Levant) whereas the one on the left is more Pinoy or perhaps Thai-ish.
