it was a joke..
my brother's an offensive and repulsive person and you couldn't have seen him as he isn't in New York

forgive me, man but i didn't find that joke funny at all and i don't see what that joke has to do with anything related to what anybody said. i'm stuck with stupid right now.

To the people who are offended by the word breeder, my goodness are you so easily offended? You say the word breeder is degrading because it boils your person down to just your ability to breed. So, when I say to my boyfriend "hey hottie", am I degrading him by boiling his whole being down to his hotness?

We use the word breeder as a unique description of straight people. It's like fruity guys that say "hey girl" to each other. No offense intended, unless you want to interpret that as them not acknowledging each other's maleness and therefore directly challenging our manhood, or somethinglike that.

I don't care if you feel offended over nothing. I'm east asian. You know how offensive it is to us asians when white people try to immitate east asian language by making a bunch of nonsensical sounds like "chong chong chu chong..."? Everytime I see it, I always try to be a good sport and take it as it is intended, just friendly jestures. But god forbids if I ever use the word breeder, because now a whole class of people who have never been oppressed in their lives feel offended.

Perhaps you dont feel offended by it but I think its reasonable to recognize if others are. Im a minority as well and Ive been discriminated against too. I dont want others to feel the same way. If the dominant culture whether they be white, male, christian, straight ect. are offended by something dont you think its insensitve to say that you dont care. Plus when people are being racist in that passive aggressive way I never see it as "friendly jestures". Take it for what it is, racism and let people know that its not okay.

LMAO I get that vibe as well from him. Well, not 'hate'. But strong dislike. LOL

it's okay, refuji. Remember, a lot of straight are our friend and allies.

And honestly, the only time I get irritated by seeing a straight couple's PDA...is when I think the guy's hot and I'd rather him be making out with me. I just fantasize, shrug it off, and go on about my day.

I gotta say, is that you in your avatar? If so, holy cow! what a face!! How u doin? :D

Man, get a grip. "Fruity guys" can greet eachother how ever they like, it's not the same thing we're talking about (and did you really use the term 'fruity guys? Wow!).

Straight guys also have a "unique description" of homosexuals. C**k sucker. Is that acceptable to you? This is a direct equivalent to the breeder slur and does as much damage as the offensive racial comments you are subjected to by your friends. You choose to brush them off, that's your call. I wouldn't and don't.

C'mon man. Use your head.
