i don't really drink and don't drive...public transportation is my chariot!;)But on rare instances,I do really like Tom Collins and pina coladas!Just kinda light on the liquor,though!;)

I love Sheryl Crow!When I took my first flight to Las Vegas,the on board musical selections had a compilation of her greatest hits,and damn I was having a good time!Between "All I Wanna Do","Soak Up The Sun" and "My Favorite Mistake" I was starting to enjoy singing along a little too loudly!oops!...but it was fun!

boo...I wanted to bring home a bottle of wine tonight when I left work(i work at a liquor store) but it totally slipped my mind when I was closing=( and we have no wine at home(I was hoping my parents had a bottle of red I could open) and we only have like 2 beers and a smirnoff ice....ugh...so i'm on my first beer waiting for my dinner to cook....we do have some jack and tequila and kahlua...maybe I"ll tap into some of those after I eat.

anyone else watching the Red Sox/Indians game?! GO SOX!!!!
 
here is the recipe for Butter Beer (Light and Original)


* Light
* 1 cup sugar-free butterscotch or English Toffee flavoring syrup (Torani's or similar)
* 7 cups diet cream soda (almost one 2 liter bottle)
* Original
* 1 cup butterscotch schnapps
* 7 cups cream soda (almost one 2 liter bottle)



1. Light
2. Carefully mix just before serving, adding the butterscotch flavoring to the soda then stirring gently to mix well, or the fizz will dissipate too soon.
3. To keep butterbeer on hand, pour 1 cup cream soda out of the 2-liter bottle, quickly add 1 cup butterscotch flavoring, and recap the bottle.
4. Original

7. I did make a refill batch using 1 cup schnapps to a whole 2 liter bottle of cream soda, which was ratio of 1 to 8, but people tasted the difference and complained, so fair warning!
