Mallowmar Marshmellow Cookies.

You get a cold glass of milk. Then break the marshmellow cookie in half (yes it can be done) and then drop the pieces in the cold milk.

The inside crust will begin to get soggy and then the halves will try to sink to the bottom of the glass.

Now here is the trick. You have to know just when the cookie is about to go down under and you catch it with a teaspoon and then deliver it to your awaiting mouth.

Paradise. Heaven. Yes they still make that cookie after ?????? years. They are easier to find in the winter months then in the summer due to concern about the dark chocolate covering the marshmellow melting in the warm weather.

I was in WAWA this morning, and they had an Oreos-two-for-one sale.

Boy! Was I tempted--I could live on cookies, milk and coffee.

I didn't buy them, just put a packet of Splenda in my coffee and pretended.

*sigh* the days of eating anything I want, and not gaining weight, are long gone.....
