From the beginning everybody stated their opinion that they do not find men in the closest attractive and why we do not find them attractive and said go for it if that's your thing. Then the OP had to bring up transsexuals with a rather insulting remark. And from responses here, its not the 1st time this has happened

Okay, on that note, I must admit, I don't see the problem. It's one thing for the community for guys to be proud of their sexuality and evolve in a world that hate us, but I have no qualms for guys who are just not there yet. -- Keep in mind that, at some point, most of us were in the closet. Let's not pretend for one second that the world accepts us with arms wide open and it's human nature to want acceptance. That's just a fact. Someone once said, "There is absolutely nothing wrong with being gay," and I beg to differ. There are too many young girls and boys being thrown out of their homes and on the streets or killing themselves for that to be true. The truth is, public opinion does not favor who and what we are. As an adult, I couldn't give a shit but we are still on the road to progress.

Anyway, with that out of the way, I will reiterate that I have no problem with "down low brothas" - I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. When I came here, I was "in the closet" as some would say. I was 17, visiting my father who already lived here, in a big city. Personally, I am bisexual so most people just assumed I was straight. I never really verified or denied it. As I began to meet more and more guys and had real conversations about it, I was able to embrace who I was. Some guys don't and never will have that freedom. Some guys come from strictly religious backgrounds. I believe there is a God. I don't believe he/she is necessarily as the Christian God portrays, but I believe there is one. Either way, our upbringings shape the type of people we are.

I could never be in a relationship with a DLB because there is too much baggage, but I do prefer masculine over feminine (When I want to be with a girl, I want to be with a girl. When I want to be with a MAN he has to be a "man's man" or else it defeats the purpose in my opinion) and DLBs are typically masculine to the point where they would blend in any straight bar. That is my personal preference. I'm not going to degrade anyone for theirs. Neither should you.
