Does anyone remember this cartoon? It was my favorite when I was a kid. I think it would make an excellent film if done right.

Well you should. If you really want to see it happen go to a site called IMDB and look up the show. Go to its forum and start a thread with your idea. You never know when film producers/directors/writers/industry execs will be trolling through there. If you give them enough to consider, it just might happen.
