I want one of these for the zombie apocalypse - Tesla Cybertruck

LEGO has also released their version.

I actually know someone who put $100 down to be on the waiting list  a fool and his money.

Here is an article that explains why the cybertruck is much much more than a pick-up truck.

https://cleantechnica.com/2019/11/27/the-tesla-cybertruck-isnt-a-pickup-its-much-much-more/amp/

It's designed to be pretty much anything you want it to be. Heck, it can be taken off the grid completely.

It will keep its passengers significantly safer than anything else you could ever buy. You will, in fact, want to be in your Cybertruck during a hurricane. Forgot about it being the safest car. It is a bunker. Earthquake? Cybertruck with emergency rations in the frunk. Zombie apocalypse? Cybertruck with solar. Storm on Mars? Cybertruck pressurized edition. No joke.

If and when I've made it, I'm getting one for myself. The more I read about it, the more I want one.

bunker..?

a tomb, more likely

or...a stainless steel oven after it's blocked in and a decent fire is started underneath it; occupants will exit fairly quickly or become nicely roasted long pork

in an apocalyptic world, I would prefer to be more mobile; smaller lighter vehicle that's easily ditched or on my feet carrying what I need to survive on my person

are the wheels as bulletproof as the windows?

In about 2 years, I'll be ready for a zombie apocalypse as I just ordered one :gogirl:

The shape seems not practical.
I don't like it. the Ute work horse looks better.

^ In what way practicality wise?

first impression, sharp pointy shapes, you might cut yourself if bump into it LOL
Looks heavy. And i can't put big items in it like big TV, or bicycle or washing machine in it. Therefore NOT practical like a Ute.

I didn't know either. Thanks.

Haha, just like anything else that threatens people's conservative view of the world, there's a lot of misinformation floating around about this one. Probably started by manufacturers lf gas gustling trucks.

Weird looking truck...haven't decided whether I like it or not.
Still odd looking, but its grown on me. I even kinda like it now.

I'd never buy one, because far too expensive for me..
