So, I don't know if this is appropriate or not, and if it's not I apologize, but I just graduated college, and now want to spend more time pursuing my dream of becoming a decently well-known musician. I love performing and writing, so I thought I'd share a couple of youtube videos that I have up from a recent show I did. If you like what you see, you can run over to my myspace page and become my friend...I think the links on youtube will have my myspace address, as I don't believe I can post the address here. Anyhow...hope you enjoy! Also, let me know your favorite of the three... :-)

you can post your myspace address here.

a male tori amos is a good ambition.

Good luck to you with your music but aspiring to be like someone else or aspiring to be the male version of someone is not going to get you anywhere. An artist like Tori Amos is too unique, you have to find your own identity and personality through your music.

Yes, thank you I realize that. I do have a unique style and voice, and am not trying to imitate Tori (although I have stolen a couple stage moves.) I say that I want to be the male Tori Amos tongue in cheek.

...and hopefully that last post didn't sound bitchy. It wasn't supposed to. And since I can post my myspace, it's myspace . com/jandrewlivingston. thanks guys.

So you want to be ignored by your record company, not have your videos played on either Mtv or VH1, not have your songs played on the radio, and yet manage to sell records?

Awesome!
