You could try numbing lube/gel like anal-eaze in addition to regular lube. Ahhh. Ok. When you're starting juggling, juggle with tennis balls first before you juggle knives.

have you tried different lubes? they can feel a lot different depending on the type/brand. (personally, I hate the feel of KY because it's too gooey, but water-based lube like ID feels fine to me)

also, since your BF is pretty sizable, get some toys, maybe in a couple different sizes. start small until you get used to the sensation, before working up to a giant 10" dick.
