I used to be really fat (16 1/2st) and Im now about 10 1/2 st but I still feel too fat as Ive got love handle which I hate and a bit of a belly. I don't particularly want to get muscley as I dont think I have the will power for that but anyone got any tips on losing weight on those parts of the body and any feedback appreciated.



and 20 minute Cardio sport with Michael Carson to name but a few.
