I used to be really fat (16 1/2st) and Im now about 10 1/2 st but I still feel too fat as Ive got love handle which I hate and a bit of a belly. I don't particularly want to get muscley as I dont think I have the will power for that but anyone got any tips on losing weight on those parts of the body and any feedback appreciated.

Yeah, I don't see any love handles either and it makes me wonder what kind of body do you want to change into exactly?

I used the P90x workout plan(I downloaded it by Piratebay!oops!) and it helped....I was about 5'9" and 225 lbs. Now I'm about 5'11" and weigh about 155 lbs...lean muscle...not bulky!..|
That plan made you two inches taller?!! :eek:

As for the OP, you are not fat, you are just ill-proportioned: if you work more on the upper part of your torso the lower will get shapely too... hopefully :rolleyes:

Remember you are not only what you work :lol: but also what you eat :cool:
 
I hate to say it, but I think you'll need to put on at least some muscle if you wanna lose the love handles, assuming you'd prefer not to look anorexic at the end of it. It's just the way that the human body works.

Americans weigh themselves in pounds not stone. We don't know what 1, 10, or 16 stone is.
 
(1 stone = 14lbs)

10 1/2 = 147 lbs
16 1/2 = 231 lbs

Impressive weight loss...you should be very proud of yourself!

Diet alone is not going to get rid of your slight love handles and slight tummy...exercise is necessary along with proper diet. Crunches and crunch-less ab workout routines are necessary!

Try exercisetv site, they have a lot of free 10 & 20 minute, and more, work out vids you can experiment with. excercisetv.tv>workout videos>free full length (down left side column.) I like 10 minute Sexy Beach Abs with Marco Reed :drool: and 20 minute Cardio sport with Michael Carson to name but a few.

Like we fucking zillion million people around the fucking world have any fucking idea of what the fuck you are talking about when you fucking give any weight in fucking stupid pounds (lbs) for Fuck's sake :roll:
 
That's not Fat, sweetie, that's just our good friend Gravity. After having to cover all that extra avoirdupois (to get the archaic thing really going) for so many years, your skin has grown to fit; now that it hasn't got the extra avoirdupois, it's just draping comfortably around your waist like a baggy sweater.

So you need to give your skin more stuff to cover (or else have it surgically tailored to fit): do the upper-body work (concentrating on pecs, delts, and lats) and build up some mass to drag that skin back up where it belongs.

I can't recommend any particular workout (I'm happy enough to have lost the weight, I don't really care how I look naked)... but the plain old military style of pullups and pushups and situps will probably get you started, just do more and more each day until you're up to a hundred or so of each.

One fucking kilo = 2.2 lbs or one lb = 0.45 kilo! Just remember that and you'll be set for life. :rolleyes:
