You can add it as an attachment. Go down to "Additional options" when you're replying, and there is a little button that says "manage attachments", click that, and upload it from your hard drive.

Yup, and since those pictures will be stored somewhere on the web, what you can also do is access those pictures hyperlink and post them in big size in your post, by doing this:
  1. Upload your image as an attachment
  2. Click upload
  3. Go to the "Valid file extensions: gif jpeg jpg pdf png" where your picture is, right click on it and then press properties
  4. It should appear the address where your image is located. Use that to show your stuff :)
