I miss the feeling. They say you can reinduce it, maybe I'll give it a try. It's an indescribable feeling. Well, according to the lactation websites one uses a hand process called the Marmet technique. You have to stimulate the milk ducts right behind the nipple regularly. It can takes many weeks to get any results. They also say it's easier if you have lactated before. I did, three times, so I'm good there.
There are also drugs that can help, but I'm not THAT into the idea! lol! No, I'll just stick with the nipple stimulation and see what happens...

Years ago I manage to get some juice out of my nipples but it required intense pumping and stimulation which left my nipples permanently puffy and extended. Sometimes I walked with nipples swollen and peaking out like these of lactatig women, although I produced almost nothing.

And, sm8591, men can lactate too! Not the same way, but breasts (male AND female) are hormonally sensitive parts.
But, don't hurt yourself trying. Male breasts are NOT the same. You don't want to irritate your nipples...

I will try, but my nipples don't feel anything. I cann't enjoy anything that has to be sensitive to be a good gay boy (tits and arse). I am a desperate case to be a proper gay boy. Or you could take antidepressants; several of them have effects on the anterior pituitary to release prolactin and therefore cause galactorrhea (lactation when not nursing) as a side effect in many women.

Only problem is, when you're lactating, your body is programmed to decrease production of sex steroids and therefore your libido takes a hit.

Oh, and you should probably not be taking birth control either, since estrogen and progesterone can prevent milk production.

Ah well.
