No not boring to me. The boring video was the reading of the US constitution someone posted.
 
^ The video is over 6 minutes long. The 'win win win' thing lasted just a few seconds. The rest of the time, he was trying to figure out what to say and how to say it, and he had his notes right in front of him. What came out was an uninspiring, incoherent mess.
