Ice “Cube” Shapes; Do You Have a Preference?

I prefer "squared with an arch on the top and bottom". They seem to last just long enough.

I have ones in the shape of false teeth.

They are good for a laugh but you kinda need big glasses for them to fit.

My sister has ice cube trays in the shape of a penis. They're good if you've finished all your drink and want something cold to suck on.

For both of you guys: Does the ice pop out easy without cracking with those trays?

The trays are made of rubber, not plastic so they are easy to get out.

You don't have to smash the tray against something to get the cubes out like other plastic ice trays.

Yes. The Mickey cube trays are made out of silicone, not hard plastic.

You could twist them all the way around and not break them... The cubes just fall out...

I like all different shaped ice. I like it when they change shape as they melt. My freezer has two trays in it, one that you fill with the water to make the ice cubes then you twist it and they fall into this other try where they sit and it can hold about 6 trays of them. The ones my freezer makes are a funny shape. They are like little pyramids but they aren't pyramids.

I prefer to put bottles into the freezer then take them out a few hours before you want to use them. About half will be ice and half water. On hot days it will melt at the right speed for you to drink it and they are fun to play with because they ice bounces around.

Have you ever played with ice cubes? Rubbing them on your body can be really fun. The stick shaped once would be great to play with your arse.

I prefer crushed ice since I like to chew ice. Have problems with brain freeze though.

Two points:


1) When I made the thread I wasn’t thinking of novelty shapes such as those.
2) I did take into account that people’s favorites might not be a cube which is why I put cube in quotations in the title.

Same here. I can't stand crushed ice because I usually get a mouthful of ice when all I want is the liquid I'm drinking.
