There's a similar ban on publicly-funded computers in certain parts of my country but I don't know if it's successful.

Around here there's a ban on internet porn if you're using a local public library computer bank. They all have filters. A lot public wi-fi hot spots also have bans. Last year I was in a waiting room at the Mayo Clinic (took my sister there) and couldn't access JUB using their wifi. It was banned.
