/\ Yes, I get an error message saying that the windows media player cannot find any audio devices installed.
I will do the steps above and make sure what is going on.

oh and more than likely its just a simple error it happens almost all the time with new computers

oh its the sound card yup u should bring it back if it has one error it most likely has more if i were you i would get my money back dont take your chances or you may not have this installed on your computer Realtek go to Google and type Realtek. it is a sound card and it is supposed to be installed on your computer

ok have you tried restoring your computer do that it will activate all the drivers then update everything did your laptop come with a cd or dvd

To tell you the truth, that is my dream. I am always going to the store and spend hours looking at the new ones, but They are very expensive here in Brazil. So, I have to settle with this one.
