No, they will take blood specifically to test for HIV and at the same time they will take additional tubes for other tests...they can also check your urine for specific STIs.

Oral sex is considered a low risk activity however it also depends on the condition of your mouth and gums...if you have gum disease, mouth ulcer, had a tooth extracted then that would increase the risk but it is still considered low risk.

HIV needs an entry point and that can be a tear in the anus wall, an open bleeding cut...

Not sure what you define as a small cut?

wouldnt it only be valid if he didnt have sex 6 months prior to actually taking the test and in the world of gay we all know being abstinent for 6 months is virtually unheard of....

When I got tested in November the clinic had a video playing on a loop. I can probably quote you the entire video in English and Spanish because it took so long to get my test done because there were so many people there.

Anyway, it said that HIV antibodies take up to 3 months to start showing up on HIV tests. That does not mean, however, that the virus isn't transferrable because it is within those three months.

So, even though you may come back with a clean bill of health, you still may have been infected.

I have said this before and I will say it again...YOU CANNOT GET HIV FROM SITTING ON A TOILET SEAT...for this to be even remotely possible...the person who used the toilet IMMEDIATELY before you would have had to blown a load on to the seat and YOU would have to the sit on the cum with an open bleed cut on your arse cheeks and even then infection is not a given. But think of the logics...would you actually stand outside a toilet waiting for someone to finish beating off while you stood there with an open bleeding cut on your arse cheek.

The 6 months window period for testing is only something that is used in the US...in Australia we use a three month window period.

The main thing is to always PLAY SAFE.

You have just given an example of the fact that you can get HIV from a toilet seat. But that this is so unlikely as to not be worth worrying about.

Another "toilet seat" scenario would be where both users had open sores on their ass - agian very unlikely that this would spread the disease but not impossble.

There is no way to be completely safe from any infectious disease - but some things are very risky (like barebacking), other less risky (like oral sex) and some with almost no risk (like a toilet seat).

Fucking with a comdom is not completely safe - just very much less risk than without one
