First it was Mcdonalds stealing hip hop spoken word and jazz to sell their burgers now there's a new culture vulture many of you probably don't even notice. Straight guys, they pick on us but totally dress like us [in urban culture and style straight guys are wearing and doing their hair the way were 15 years ago with the dye patches tight jeans overly color-coordinated where the socks match the shoelaces match the cell-phone cover matches the eye contacts matches the lip piercing stud matches the dye patch in the left front corner of your mane-- go to atlanta and there's no hope of distinguishing the 'mos from the breeders] and now they're starting to talk like us. Uhh, I guess this means we've arrived? :rotflmao:

You've arrived, but the welcome wagon will be a bunch of fake swag in commercial clothes. You know, like a fajita rap.

Makes me crazy when an actual straight guy even tries.

But it is very rare to hear one...

Metro sexual hipsters. grrrrr.

Well they got "tea" from that Kermit gif, probably heard "shade" watching Love and Hip Hop Atlanta or some shit. either way it makes me cringe every time

Jolly good. I'll just take my tea over to this patch of shade under this great Oak tree. Carry on.

Honey you're as gay as the day is long, an attitude as bitchy as yours couldn't pass for straight if you had a football, a hot blonde girlfriend, a pitbull, two daughters and a closet full of oversized flannel. You go right on ahead and use that lingo boo.

Never heard either term. Had to look them up. Clever, but I'm not inspired to add them to my vocabulary.

When the "wrong" people start using a vogue word or phrase, it's time to stop using it yourself. I try my best to never start. Same with jargon.

I was in Atlanta last spring. In Buckhead and downtown. Thought all the men were very well-dressed. Looked as if they'd just stepped out of a Ralph Lauren Polo ad.

exactly, straight men are supposed to look like they just rolled out of bed and threw on whatever was closest to them with the least amount of stank. they're too.... graceful now.
