I was a page in the house and there were several members that I found attractive!
 
Whether or not you would be wrong in want to be with Mark Foley, the truth remains that his behavior was absolutely in appropriate. This is not about YOU, but about an adult acting inappropriately towards a young person. Of course, some think that 16 is old enough. But my view is that given the power differential, Foley's behavior was most despicable.

Sorry but the post was indeed about me. It was not meant to be a commentary on whether what Foley did was right or wrong.
 
Well just look at it this way if you find him sexy, thats good, I found a lot of older men in the page very sexy. But yeah what he did was kind of wrong about the whole wanting a young guy. Gotta be careful with who you talk to, cause you might be talking to some 15 year old posing as a 18 year old.

A great many people think that 16 should be the age of consent. More than a few countries have already made it legal to have sex at that age.

It's actually the age of consent in Washington DC I believe.

But that's beside the point. I was really not trying to create a political thread at all, I just couldn't help but think that Foley was kind of attractive after seeing him on the news so much, and of course that got my fantasies of being a page going. :D

I was atracted to older guys since I was.. I dunno.. 10 or 11?? any sexual contact with a mature gay at that time would be against the law but to my please. (I still totally disapprove that, especially if the older guys is making initiative). By the time I was 14 I was 100% sure I'm gay and that I'm not gonna change (after my first crush). How would you judge the situation: a 14 year old kid (me) knows his 40year old neighbour is gay. To simplify things lets just say the kid starts to hit on this guy and finally after 5 months breaks him and they start having sex. After some time this affair comes out and ppl are of course indignant. How would you judge this guy if you knew execly what happend??
