I got the exact same letter yesterday ,except that my sweepstakes winnings of 450000 dollars was coming from the United Kingdom. All they needed to do was receive my check or credit card number to pay the taxes on the winnings ( a necessity they said since I was from a foreign country) and the check would be released. Went right in the waste basket. It's amazing, but there are probably people who will send these crooks money or a credit card number.
