1) Have you made any mistakes during your presidency? If so, what were they?
2) If it were constitutionally permissible, would you have sought election to a third term? Why or why not?
3) During the 2000 presidential campaign, you insisted that fiscal responsibility meant reducing the size of government. You then increased federal spending massively - it will certainly have risen by more than 50% by the time you leave office, a record amount. Were you correct in 2000 that excessive federal spending is damaging to the economy, and is that now why the economy is in shambles?
4) Do you believe in the US Constitution's presumption of innocence for all persons accused of breaking the law? Do you believe in the US Constitution's guarantee of a right to a fair and speedy trial for all persons accused of breaking any law? If so, how do you reconcile your belief in the Constitution with your insistence that you may hold people accused of breaking the law at Guantanamo forever without trial and without charge?
5) Why did you invade Iraq?
6) Did Saddam Hussein or Iraq have anything at all to do with the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001? If so, what?
7) Do you hold yourself responsible to any degree for the deaths of thousands of Americans in the cause of the war in Iraq? Appreciating that you yourself acknowledge that the justification for the war was based (at least in part) on flawed intelligence, have those deaths been in vain? Do these deaths cause you any remorse?
8 ) During the 2000 campaign, you criticized President Clinton when the cost of oil briefly spiked above $30 per barrel. You said such a price was unacceptably high. You said if you were president, you would get on the phone and "jawbone" Arab sheiks into reducing the price. Oil is now above $126 per barrel, more than four times what it was just eight years ago. Have you tried to "jawbone" the Arab sheiks? What did they say?
9) Do you believe that the world is getting warmer? If so, do you believe this is due to human activity? If so, do you believe that world governments should try to do anything about this? If so, what should they do?
10) Do you believe in evolution? Do you believe that creationism is science? Do you believe it appropriate to mandate by legislation the teaching of creationism as science?
11) After the disaster that has been your presidency, do you still believe that God inspired your flawed policies, and helped guide their implementation?
12) In what way does the exclusion of homosexuals from marriage "protect" the institution of marriage? Is it your belief that heterosexual relationships are weakened if gays are allowed to marry? If so, by what mechanism does this damage occur? Is there any evidence that the legalization of gay marriage in Canada, Britain, and other countries which permit it has harmed heterosexual relationships there?
13) Does it bother you that you will be remembered as the definitively worst president in American history?
