If you were the antagonist in a slasher film, what would be your weapon of choice?

Don't underestimate the power of a crowbar.

A crowbar does not slash though?

I like the idea of a scalpel.

A pen and paper. God knows they need better writers. I loved horror and sci-fi since being a toddler, and I've never liked or thought the slasher movies good cinema. They were corny, predictable, and vapid, apparently extensions of the other teenage stunts used to get girls excited so the boy could appear brave and get to make out after.

Parts of Trumps body his head his arms anything that assures me the piece of shit is dead!

The original 2 Halloween films are Slashers and I would most definitely consider them good cinema. Of course there is a bunch of schlock, that goes with anything that studios think they can make a quick buck over.

Giant Scissors.

Nice thread, although I am not a fan of punk, but I will always be the Fangoria fan of the 80s horror movies. The glaw is at 23 sec

Scythe.

I have one in the entry hall.

I've always been partial to Freddy Kruger's enhanced fingernails :D And, the original Nightmare on Elm Street with a very young Johnny Depp and John Saxon as the law officer is an outstanding example of slasher flicks ..|

Of course, one could also go all the way back to the grand daddy of all slasher flicks and select the kitchen knife. . .Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho

Jason's machete works great.

A cumbersome rock?

Of course there are lots of bad slasher movies. But people who know the horror genre appreciate the greats.

High Tension, Profondo Rosso, Black Christmas, Twitch of the Death Nerve, Scream and Sleepaway Camp come to mind.

I love Black Christmas, one of my favorites.

I'd smother or bludgeon my victims with an enormous pair of boobs.

I'm told that "a semi-automatic weapon, as opposed to a fully automatic weapon, one doesn't just hold down the trigger and spray bullets. Semi-automatic weapons require one finger pull for each round."
