There's a short "open window" after you make a post. You'll see an edit button down with the quote and quick replies one if it's still open.

If the button is gone, you'll have to contact a moderator to fix things if there's a major problem with one of your own posts. You can either hit the Report Post link over in the left-hand margin of your post, or go to the listing of all forums and scroll down till you reach the Ask the Moderators forum and put in your request there.

Your pictures are very nice, btw.
