Given some of the people who seem to deserve a banning but avoid it, he must have pissed someone off really bad.
 
Direct attacks.

It's against COC to go directly after someone. You can go after their ideas, but not their person. A little jab here and there slides under the radar, but IGB is more of a all fronts attack kinda guy.
