OK from what I understand , You asked if you should tell him that you are bi.

I've known or heard of plenty of guys who whacked off with their brothers or cousins and it was no big deal. They're both of legal age and can make their own choices. The only thing to consider is if other family members found out what would happen.

In which case, what do you get out of it except potential fallout when your brother finds out? This isn't out of moral grounds, but I just don't see why you'd take such a risk for such minuscule (if any?) potential personal gain.
