Or perhaps drop it boiling oil.

Hmm, that might be a waste of good oil. Perhaps just shooting it would be appropriate.

Rolling over it with a steamroller ? Dropping it in the disposal ?

The damned thing doesn't work !!! $40 Bucks at Sam's Club less than a year ago !! :grrr:

The left click button sticks, the roller disc thing is a joke !

You can't take the damned things apart to clean them out.

I demand restitution !!! :grrr:

logitech has one of the best warranty services around, call em up although you will likely need proof of purchase or have registered with them.

LOL...I never knew there was a warranty on these! I have gone thru three of them in two years. I love the logitech I have now though. Have you seen it? It's the one with a rollerball at the THUMB position, and large right/left clickers. I have a small desk space here, so it is great to be able to just set it on my lap and scroll and roll with just my thumb. No more dragging the mouse around my mousepad balanced on the nearest smooth surface........

I'm on my second Logitech wireless that I bought three or four years ago after the first one I bought about 10 years before that finally gave up. The first one had a ball that was a pain to keep clean, but this one mercifully is gonad-free. It's a three-button programmable, including the wheel.

I've had to replace the batteries only once since I bought it, a vast improvement over my first one.
