"Non Reactive" :gogirl: :gogirl:
2007 is off to a great start!! (!) (!)

That is great news ... hate to be a downer, now work to stay that way!

i took an HIV test in November through my family doctor... he said the results would be back within 3 weeks and i should come back then... so i did... and he told me I'm in perfect health... which surprised him... he said i have low cholestorol levels and blah blah and that i'm lucky because of my weight...

I was like.. wtf?... what about the HIV test... and he was like.. HIV test?.....

sooooo he told me to come back the next day and he'd take more blood.. so i did.. this time with my mom there because she was sick.. so i got my blood taken and 2 weeks later(when the results were supposed to come back) my mom phoned in for me while i was at work and asked them....

I got home from work and my mom said.. good news your immune to hepititis B (in a sarcastic tone)

seems the doctor sent it out for a Hep B test instead of HIV... my mom told me she asked if i needed to go back in to gat my blood taken again.. the secretary said no no we still have some of his blood and she sent it out making sure it would be for the right test now that she knows...

well three weeks go by... and my mom calls.. seems the government lab hasn't sent back any results and hasn't been returning her calls about the results...

so I still dunno my status... i'm assuming i'm fine.... no news is good news...

but next time i'm gonna just go all the way downtown to the free clinic and get tested without all this bull

Good news, and just remember to get tested on a regular basis(as we all should)

GREEEAAAT!!! stay that way. take the proper safety measures. enjoy your body with other guys, and tell us again on the last day of 2007 that you got the same result again.
ding

Yikes! Good luck.

Congrats, now don;t put yourself in that position again ;)

Which isn't to say that just getting routinely tested as a habit isn't a bad practice, either.
