I am sorta attracted to this guy too since day one.We were best friends for years and met in high school(he was a jock,go figure),but our careers took off,and well,the rest is 20 years of time.

my best friend is straight also and has much as i want to jump his bones, he's always the one person who is always there for me. i wouldn't change our relationship for anything in the world.

It sounds like a win win situation.
Even if nothing sexual works out with your friend, you already know him & like him and that's a formula for successful companionship.
More space at a lower cost and more convenient to work are great assets too.
You've endured enough heartache and problems at your old location, a change will probably be a wonderful stimulus.
Moving is one of life's great hassles, but once it's over and you're settled in I hope your life is full of health and happiness.

I'm thinking the same thing! What the hell is going on here? Why are all of our long standing stalwarts leaving?

I know there has always been a clash of personalities here. That in itself isn't out of the ordinary. When you have this many people hanging around it's inevitable. But when I see ds writer, Bradlee and now HoodedRat go? You have to wonder what the hell is going on here!
