I'm new, ask me stuff :)

I've got Yahoo but I never use it, and I tried AIM once but it just annoyed the piss outta me, so i stick to MSN now.

As for the reading, I love the Star Wars books, Lord of the rings was ok but I preferred the films and I'm working on the Harry Potter ones at the moment, I'm on book 3 at the moment :-)

I tend to read a lot of stories online too, and there's certain newspaper's over here that are near enough fiction lol.

^^You sound like my type of guy to be friends with. I've read just about every Star Wars novels, The Lord of the Rings, and I enjoy reading techno thrillers as well.

:D

What's a techno thriller?

I've read a Dean Koontz (sp?) book before, dunno if he's one of them type of authors. Can't remember what it was called but it was about some guy whose family died in a plane crash but 2 people miraculously survived, then it took a rather sinister/silly turn about mind control.

Hello Sithspawn!

So what made you move from England to France?

Then what made you move from France back to England?

What's your favourite thing to drink?

What's your ideal Sunday like?

What's version is your English Accent?

Welcome to the forums ;)

WOOOOO!!! Questions :D

So what made you move from England to France?

I went over with my mum and step-dad to start a new life and to use their health service as i needed a major heart operation, and the health service in England is rather poor.

Then what made you move from France back to England?

boredom, loneliness, isolation, the French

What's your favourite thing to drink?

I don't drink, I'm a good boy :-)

What's your ideal Sunday like?

I don't know. Maybe just chilling out and catching a movie. I'll let you know when I have one. The best one recently though was going to a huge theme park with a load of friends :D

What's version is your English Accent?

4.1

I'm from the Midlands so kinda like that, but not as broad as some people from that area. I live in the North West now and absolutely love the accent up here.

LOL ;) Your responses where as the 9th doctor would say.....Fantastic! :=D:

Now I guess on to round two! LOL

1. Okay so your a good boy. So what do you drink that doesn't come from a beer company or liquor company? (ie milk, pop, soda, soda pop, ;) )

2. What's the most favourite thing about your country? Least favourite thing? How is Stonehedge....I want to go there next year hopefully...If i can find the courage to get on a plane! ;)

3. What's your type? What do you look for in the "perfect" boyfriend?

4. What theme park did you and your friends go to? It wasn't Euro-Disney now was it?

5. Your thoughts on David Tennant cast as the Doctor in Doctor Who?

6. Do you believe in UFOs, astral projections, mental telepathy, ESP, clairvoyance, spirit photography, telekinetic movement, full trance mediums, the Loch Ness monster and the theory of Atlantis? (quote from Ghostbusters, one of my favourite movies! ;) )

7. What's your town/city like that you moved to in England?

Bonus Question: Why is it that you English Chaps are so cute and your voice could just melt butter? Is it something in the well water over there or what? Most if the guys I like on TV come from your country and I just like to know why? :D

1. Okay so your a good boy. So what do you drink that doesn't come from a beer company or liquor company? (ie milk, pop, soda, soda pop, ;) )

I love ribena, which is a nice, British drink made from 95% of the UK's blackcurrants (if you believe the adverts)

2. What's the most favourite thing about your country? Least favourite thing? How is Stonehedge....I want to go there next year hopefully...If i can find the courage to get on a plane! ;)

Never been to stone henge, but a friend of mine said it's a kick ass party there on the summer solstice. Favourite thing about England? hmmm...familiarity I think, least favourite is possibly the weather, and the boring fucker in charge of the country.

3. What's your type? What do you look for in the "perfect" boyfriend?

Fit, smart, funny, sensitive and caring. That's why I'm single, cos i haven't found those qualities in anyone gay yet. however, there is a straight guy i know like that :-)

4. What theme park did you and your friends go to? It wasn't Euro-Disney now was it?

Euro-Disney (or Disneyland Paris as they now like to be known) is fantastic however we went to Alton towers, which is the major theme park over here, no matter what the residents of Blackpool say.

5. Your thoughts on David Tennant cast as the Doctor in Doctor Who?

Perfect

6. Do you believe in UFOs, astral projections, mental telepathy, ESP, clairvoyance, spirit photography, telekinetic movement, full trance mediums, the Loch Ness monster and the theory of Atlantis? (quote from Ghostbusters, one of my favourite movies! ;) )

If there's a steady pay check in it, I'll believe anything you say

7. What's your town/city like that you moved to in England?

The little town I'm in is rather pointless, but there is some amazing scenery round here, and the bigger towns nearby are amazing.

Bonus Question: Why is it that you English Chaps are so cute and your voice could just melt butter? Is it something in the well water over there or what? Most if the guys I like on TV come from your country and I just like to know why? :D

Try talking to someone with a broad Black Country accent or Newcastle for that matter, it's like nails on a chalk board.

A UK JUBber - well why didn't you say so. ..|

I'm struggling to think of any more questions - I think Screwnutty is doing a fab job. :=D:

Lets think . . . what was the last thing you saw at the cinema?

Transformers, for the second time.

And I still love it.

Someone at work said she hasn't seen it yet so I'm gonna go see it with her soon, but it might be after I get back from France

I haven't seen that yet - I was busy when my friends went to see it.

So what is your favourite film of all time?

I don't really have any hobbies, the only thing I do far too much of is chat on MSN.

I love going to the cinema (or theatre to you Americans;) ) and reading sci-fi, comics and general fiction.

I'm also kinda addicted to the sims 2 lol

That's theater to you. :p

Have planned on coming to the States? What is one place in the world where you've never been that you wish you could go to right now, regardless of how much it would cost?

So what is your favourite film of all time?

At the moment, Transformers, but there's too many to choose from. I love the Back to the Future films though, Back to the Future 1 was the first film I ever saw at the CINEMA lol

I've been to Orlando 5 times now and I love the place. I'm overdue for a visit though lol.

I'd love to tour the US and Canada, as well as going to New Zealand (to visit my cousins as well).

I like my comforts of home though so there's places I'd like to just do in a day like the Pyramids, but I'd want to go, see them then come home all in the same day.

Maybe I'll run into you if you stop in Eau Claire, WI :p... Like EC would be a big priority, haha....

I've always wanted to go to the Pyramids, too. They're so mystifying!

Next question:

Do you have any myths or rumors about Americans you'd like cleared up? What have you heard about Americans, exactly? :D

Nah, we get lots of American tv over here so I've kinda gotten into your culture quite well.

Although, are rednecks really confined to the south of the country?
Have any ventured further north?

I can answer that question. I am from Montana (as far north as you can go before you hit Canada) and I can say that there are most DEFINITELY hicks in the north. They are in no way contained to just the south. Pretty hard to contain them when their houses have wheels though

Rednecks are everywhere, just known by different names. In my town, they are called hicks. There aren't as many as there are in the south (I've lived in the south), and they are a lot more liberal than their southern counterparts. In my town, we have a yearly country music festival, and it always seems like everyone but me turns into a hick. Ugh.

Anyway, what are your favorite American tv shows?

Ooooohhhh! Low blow to rednecks. Ref docks a point! :) :D

1. What was your favourite cartoon growing up?

2. Do you play video games (if yes what system? what's your favourite game?)

3. What's your favourite Board Game?

4. Favourite TV show?

5. Favourite thing to eat?

6. Your favourite Doctor Who villian of all time?

7. Favourite Toy that you had growing up? Favourite to that you sell at work?

8. If you could choose, which would you be a vampire or a werewolf? and why?

9. Favourite School subject when you were in school?

10. If you could go back or forwards in time which would you choose and why?

11. Favourite Colour?

12. What do you do to unwind after a long day at work?

Bonus Question: Beautiful Thing and Get Real are great coming out experience films that take place in your country. Assuming that you've seen them. Which one do you like better and why?

Sudden Death Round: Do you wish you never asked for question now? ;) I love people that want me to ask them questions....cause as a Libra I just can't help myself! ;)

Anyway, what are your favorite American tv shows?

Smallville, Heroes, Buffy, The Simpsons, Futurama, House (occasionally), Home Improvement, 8 Simple Rules and The Gilmore Girls.

I know some are a bit old but they're repeated all the time here :)
