I just remembered the other 'noise'. I don't know the parameters determining what is a low or high donation, but the low donation is a 'ding' while higher donations give a 'coins falling' sound and, from what I've seen, the stimulation continues as long as the coins are falling. I don't know what the stimulation is, but I suspect that it's electrical, but it could be vibration.
