Yes i'm out of the closet, well only to my Mum and sister! But hey that's a big step.
So last night it was really playing on my mind that i need to coe out of the closet, and it is my new years resolution so I thought, why not just do it now?
So my sister could see the concern on my face and asked me if 'everything is alright',
me - 'no there's something on my mind'
sister - 'Well i can't help you if you can't tell me what it is'
so after a bit of silence, she asked me
'Is it to do with Mum & Dad'
No
'Is it to do with relationships?'
yes
'Are you gay?'
'Yes'
Then she had this massive grin on her face, I got all flustered and she said 'come on', and she took me away from the table so we could talk.
So we had a long talk about it, and how she doesn't care, and is really happy that i've done it etc.
So then my mum came over out of concern because she could see that something was up, and after a long conversation of her saying how much she'd love me and be proud of me no matter what, I knew that she knew what was wrong.
So I just said to her I'm Gay
and she was like 'so what?'
I love you no matter what, and i will be proud of you no matter what and all tings like that.
So overall, as far as coming out stories have gone, mine went fabulously.
It's a bit awkward today though!
I thought a huge weight would of been lifted of my shoulders, but it really hasn't, I don't really know what to feel now, but i'm sure it will come to me.
