man, i come here once a year or so and after a few days i can't handle it and have to leave until some other unforeseen dilemma comes along in my life. above are the words of a man who has truly seen it all, lol.

good luck, OP. you are young. move on. if you cherish your friendship with him you will put space into it and see where you can end up on your own. push it and risk losing your best friend forever.
