ISOIR I remember before television and in the days of radio, before doplar radar, and regular weather forcasts on the radio, that we know how to forcast weather fairly accurately for about 72 years in advance. When I tried this with students about five to ten years ago, they were unable to stay focused long enough to do it, and now with everyone having ipods and handy access, what is the use.
