  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Im so sad.

first of all i just want to thank all of you guys who showed your support and kindness

towards me(*8*).....it really helped me out just reading all the positive words of

encouragement you guys said.... and sorry for not posting any updates earlier.....it's

been kinda hectic for me as you can imagine.......well my poor dog was in really

critical condition. Since the car ran over his stomach he had a severe internal

bleeding as well as brusing. The vet suspected that his spinal cord must have been

broken, but then Charlie started moving his legs so that gave the Vet hope that he

would make it, and possibly make a full recovery. So the next day [saturday] i went

to go visit him and the vet told me he was doing better so that gave me hope that he

was going to make it without a doubt. Then the next day sunday he was reacting to

the sound of my voice......as you could imagine I was overwhelmed with joy by just

knowing that he recognized my voice and was happy to see me.......well this morning

at 6:30am I received a call from the pet clinic tellling me that my poor Charlie had

passed away......I couldnt believe it. I suppose the damage was just to great for him

to overcome it.......he will be missed. well anyways I know he's off in a better

place.....I posted his picture in my gallery if anyone wants to see him.....I hope you

guys enjoy your holidays with your loved ones, and remeber to not take the things in

your life for granted! it's the small joys in our life that make life worth living........

Man, I am sorry to hear for the loss of your pet.
We have 3 dogs, and they're like my best friends.
God forbid losing one of them.

Hearing he passed away, actually brought a tear to me eye :(

(*8*)

OMG, I just saw the photo in your Gallery. He is adorable!!
RIP.

So you open the door, dog not on lease, it runs out into a road, where cars have right of way and are travelling at like 30 mph... the dog gets run over and its the CAR DRIVERS fault!?

Whats WRONG with that picture folks....

in the UK, if this happens... the dog owner is legally to blame.

If the car driver jumps onthe brakes, and causes a crash... its the owners fault cos their dog SHOULD BE ON A LEAD!

First of all... the dog apparently ran out of the house by accident after his grandmother opened the door. The problem is that the driver didn't stop after hitting the poor dog...

It has nothing to do with whether one lives in the U.K., the U.S., or anywhere else.
It is about common sense and decency.

Where is your compassion?

omg .i hope your dog will be fine.
i hate people like that,if i could kill them ,i would.

anyway fuck that asshole guy now.
i realy really hope your dog will get fine.
be brave,wish i could help.

To you who was so cruel and vile; Shut up.

I am so sorry Charlie passed on. I have three dogs and I love them, I can't imagine how hard it has been on you seeing your friend so ill. The cruelty of some people is sickening. He was adorable and sweet looking. I am glad he is at peace, I am sure he knew you loved him. I wish you all the best and I hope this doesn't ruin your holidays, I doubt Charlie would want that.

Jethillsong, I'm sorry for your loss! I too, had my dog slip out the door unexpected and ran right under a UPS truck. At least that driver stopped, but there was nothing he could do. Injuries were too severe.

I know your grief is strong now, but keep Charlie's good memories in your heart and you will get through this, believe me. It has been said things happen for a reason, even when we can't understand why. Keep your chin up, buddy. I'll be thinking of you. (*8*) (*8*)

I'm so sorry. I've lost a pet the same way.

I have two dogs and five cats currently. I love them like children.
