It's quite possible. It won't turn on anymore. I COULD do a data transfer but that's expensive as hell at PC World.

If it won't turn on at all with no noise or lights that is more than likely your power supply. They cost about $20-$25 to replace. As far as how to change it - just just need a phillips head screwdriver and 3 minutes. After you do that it will be back to normal.. its not hard to do if you actually want to.
