Look, I don't mean to sound preachy at all but I personally have always & continue to treat IM'ing (is IM'ing a word), texting (I know texting is a word), & such with those I do not know & who choose to send odd or unusual sounding messages as always always potentially dangerous......I do not at all see being cautious as paranoia because folks can & continue to get hurt......please be safe & never consider any odd or unusual sounding IMs & text messages from strangers as safe......

Lawl...he only knows the town I live in. I did block him though...it's just a bit too much.

If he truly is a psycho stalker, he may have already traced your IP address and tracked that to your home, unless you log on at work and or a public library. But still he will be able (with or without help) to track it back to your name. And then its just a matter of public records to dig up an address for you.
