So you guys are saying that while we all have the right to freedom of speech, we also have to carry the personal responsibility for what we say, to some degree, in a court of law?

....What is your most prized and values cause as a person? Can you see how setting a precedent like what you suggested above can later harm something that YOU believe in?
That would be the AFl-CIO's response to your idea. They support free and unhindered speech, no matter the cost or what it causes. They will sue on behalf of the KKK and the NAACP at the same time. It makes little difference to them.

Perhaps they were the only ones who were 'raptured' and all the rest of us 'left behind'.
I suspect though, that the heaven these guys have ended up fleeing to has hookers and blow with sunny beaches and a swim up bar.
While all the unhappy 'Campers' have been left with the thought that come next week, they have to go back to their jobs, are still married to some bitch they thought would be left back on earth and have to pay their credit card bills for $100 k worth of billboards and printing of tracts at the local Kinkos.

And that they've just simply expunged all the references to the end of the world from their site as of May 23, 2011.
The fact that they'd obviously had a new webpage in development to throw up the day after they were all supposed to be raptured has to be proof positive that the only object of this evil little group was to siphon off as many donations from around the world as they could under the false pretense of Armageddon.
Surely there is some legal basis for shutting down this group.
