And now someone tells us that AWP82 has left the building. Over the five years that he was here....he made about 3100 posts....yet the other day he was claiming that he was addicted to JUB and was actually trying to get himself banned.

I am glad that Alex instead appears to have acted upon his desire to break his addiction by giving himself the hiatus that he said he needed. I'm sure we all look forward to his return one day.

^ One would tend to agree that that the emotional outburst over the last week was certainly not commensurate with the circumstances. A little vacation and he should be as right as rain. To me at least, not knowing him well, it didn't sound like his comments about how he had a triple digit ignore list and couldn't stand 95% of JUB was something that came up overnight. I gave him sincerely honest advice that if he felt as he said he did about the crowd here, he shouldn't be here. Not good for him.

I suspect that the reason that the threads and posts were scrubbed is that they were like faeces left in each forum or thread. Better to scoop up the 20 or so posts that Wanker made as Octoberoad so that no one else would step in them.

But I'll bet that he'll be back. For this guy, the game is still afoot.

No, I rather believe the punishment for trespass as a banned member is oblivion. Leaving a thread behind leaves notoriety that a banned member can thrive on when logging on as a guest. Banishment means banishment.

I just looked back a few pages and found several “Wanker” threads – not locked – not scrubbed away.

Admittedly part of it is gut/instinct... he had a January join date and started posting a bunch of "hey look at me" stories, and then he slipped and told someone "hey brah get to steppin" or something other that sounded just like wanker towards the very end before his ban.
