insider claims crash won best picture bcuz academy is homophobic

no offense dude but you are a pornographer, i don't think u are qualified to comment on which films are aesthetically good.

stating your personal opinion is one thing, but calling someone shitty is another

hahaha ouch

Actually, I have a bachelor's degree in film editing, numb-nuts. I chose to go into the adult industry when I saw how my friends from college were all miserable in the Hollywood system.

I work for the best male physique film company going and I'm quite proud of the rather stunning work that we do at Fratmen. When we can create movies like the ones we do when most solo porn makers are using a static shot of a guy jacking off on a couch, I think I can maybe comment on aesthetics of film making.

I'm also quite proud of the fact that I just had my documentary "Fratmen: going down" released on DVD this week. Yes, I make porn, but if someone who works as a cashier in a video store is allowed to wax poetic about wether movies are good or not, I think I too can qualify.

(oh, and screw you. This is a porn site, and there ain't no way I'm going to have someone looking down on me for helping create the content they come here to see)

And I didn't call Ang Lee shitty. I said he was a shitty director.

Ang Lee is quite and polite. A very nice man.

I won't discuss which of the two films was better - that usually has nothing to do with winning an Oscar anyway.

But the Oscar winner is normally found among the 10 films nominated for the Golden Globe. "Crash" failed to get a Golden Globe nod as best picture (Best Supporting Actor and Screenplay were it's only two nominations). I only know it's rather suspicious for such a darkhorse to win over the year's frontrunner.
