Holy shit, I was just wondering if I was right. I knew there were a lot of dark skinned people in South America I was curious if we were thinking about the same thing when talking about "Black Latin guys"

I, personally, would call them "Dark skinned Latin guys" only because some people might think you are talking about mixed individuals.

Also, I have dated inter-bi-racially. (dating a biracial person and dating a "monoracial" from a different background.)

I notice people from pretty much every background. But I'm still an elitist look-ist bastard because I'm drawn to people in part purely because of their appearance. (even my guy) I didn't just review his resume and rank him as the top candidate based on merit. And he definitely used his looks to get ahead with me. Wooo wooo!!!
 
I'm white, my husband is native american. And today (May 1st) is actually the second anniversary of our wedding! We've been together for almost 6 years. But funny, I never think of ourselves as an interracial couple until someone mentions it.
 
I would like to tell you why Asian guy goes for white guys but I can't. it couldb ininfluence from environment where they are only predominantly white guys and not that many Asian but then again I cannot say why the general Asian population goes gaga for white guys..

Actually times are changing, and I've been noticing that Asian guys are starting to become even more attracted to other Asian guys. Just look on sites like Tumblr, where there's Asian/Asian gay couples everywhere. Of course, I've only noticed it with the younger crowd.
 
I dunno I only like White guys and Im Asian. I think most White guys are very handsome, nice skin and good manners. I do like some Asians as well but white guys totally my type.

I've always thought it was the other way around skin wise...

I've always envied a lot of asian peeps for having great skin. I've heard hair, while good looking is supposed to be difficult to manage when longer though. I definitely don't have good skin and wish it was better.

Honestly I've not met many latin guys or girls in Australia, the few (mostly brazillian or colombian) have been well mannered and fun loving.

edit: I must say as well, when I visited the US, I felt the same way about most of the hispanic folk I met, were a lot of good people that I got to interact with.

Yes I guess you are right with that. It is much more common now to see Asian/Asian gay couples. I have friends who sworn not to date white guys here and some go crazy over them.

In Singapore its pretty much Asian/Asian but then we are mainly a majority Asian crowd here so I would expect that. But it is difficult to say when there there are only small sample size of white men who are gay and are interested in Asian.
 
honestly...

a guy that i can get along with that i like romantically and doesn't have anything wrong with him where it'll affect me dealing wtih him and can accept me and i can do the same for him vice versa is cool with me. i'm also not a fan of guys who jump the gun either. for some reason, i always end up dealing with the guys that straight up tell me that they just want to have sex with me. here i am all being cool, talking with so and so and then it's "so you said you never hooked up with anybody before, let's fuck". it's either that or these dudes just distance themselves like just because we're not fucking, then we can't be friends. :mad: i'm not a cum bucket. i'm not looking for a one night stand YET but then again, if i end up getting burnt, i want to be able to know where so and so lives so i can kick their ass.

One thing I notice with many Latin guys is that they generally date other Latinos. It has a lot to do with language and cultural similarities. But I'm pretty open myself. I have to disagree with you on this one at least here in Florida. I go out with Latin dudes all the time. I'm white. My 2 long term relationships were with a Mexican guy and a Puerto Rican, both over 10 yrs. I don't speak spanish and I listen to heavy metal.


I've dated all kinds of guys Guatemala, Venezuelan, Irish, black guys, Philippines, even fucking guys from New Jersey. Who I got hit on most was black drag queens who like long hair thin white guys when I was in that club scene. Its a scene most don't know about but a lot of black drag queens for some reason dig on what they perceive is a red neck white long hair thin guy . It was always fun

Last 2 dudes I dated for a while , one was from Greece the other a black guy from right here in Florida both dug gay scene and Rhiannon or dance music and hated spiders getting on their heads at my house.

what's wrong with guys from new jersey? :confused: don't believe the stereotype. there are some really nice guys from new jersey. trust me, i'm one of them or at least that's what some people tell me.
 
I feel a little like a stereotypical Asian because the last couple of guys I dated were white...but alas I have dated other Asian guys. The first guy I actually said I love you to was Asian :luv:
To be honest, I can really go for any type of guy..
