Inter racial relationship

I feel a little like a stereotypical Asian because the last couple of guys I dated were white

Then I am super stereotype Asian, funny, I am trying really hard to break out of that stereotype.

Also, fun to note, maybe it is an Aussie thing, I met quite a few of white guys only wanted to date Asian guys. I have a friend said to me "for me, white guys are disgusting."

I've never been in an interracial "relationship", but a black guy did toss my salad once. It was really hot.

I can find beauty in all races though, and good dick is good dick.

Awwww...that was very romantic and sweet having a guy cook dinner for you. What kind of dressing did he use to toss your salad? Oil and vinegar or thousand island?

Haha, you guys didn't see that movie? His ancestors are all asian, his uncle and aunts are all asian, his parents are asian, but for some goddamn reason, he was born a white guy. The producers tried to justify this by saying well technically they're all aliens so asian couples could give birth to a white baby.
Sounds like Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, only it isn't racist in reverse.

Say what! That just ain't true!

When a ethnicity is specified, no black guy says i'm ONLY looking for other black guys. it always white, latin and even asian (rarley).
That's just from my limited experience, also the guys are usually dark skinned..... just saying

Well, you know what they say about guys who have dark skin...
I know what they say about people with dark skin period but when it came to gay men I guess I was a little naive. I know you can't help what you like but it still irks me a little.

I'm not fussy on race. I like a bit of everything!
It's weird to me that so many men (gay&straight) have such specifics.

Compared to a Canadian going outside after 6 months of winter, you're all dark skinned. And it doesn't matter what colour the Canadian started out as, you're all as dark as can be.

In fact when we go to the beach, we have to be careful not to all stand at the wrong angle or the focused sunlight reflecting back would set some poor little kid's hair on fire. One minute just sitting there with a pail and a shovel playing happily in the sand. Next minute "Mommy mommy it burns!!!"

I don't subscribe to the 'ONLY light/white is beautiful' way of thinking.
You obviously know what I mean and that's because you have heard that I'm sure many times in your life. I wasn't trying to be vague, that's exactly what I meant. I know all dark skinned people don't have problems with their complexion but I'm sure lot of them do.
Until the world is colorblind skin tone will always be an issue.
also I don't think you can choose to "subscribe to the 'ONLY light/white is beautiful' way of thinking", your environment will condition you to believe that.

and yes you do look good like a lot of dark skinned people :D

LOL yes, yes...I got all of that. There's more to what those guys are saying...and I'm pretty sure I know what they're getting at, but I want to see what they'll say. :)

And just for the record... I love being dark-skinned, have no insecurities about it, and know I look pretty damned good. I don't subscribe to the 'ONLY light/white is beautiful' way of thinking.

Mate if anyone has any problems with dark skin, their loss not yours!

As for the question of interracial relationships or dating, only had two guys that were not white but I'd be fully open to it, as I'm attracted to all. There are different things to appreciate about all the races because attractive men (or women) come from all races, there's nothing wrong with the concept of being a bit more attracted to one or the other but anyone saying that they aren't attracted to whites, blacks, asians etc is lying or possibly deluded. It's sexual racism, if you're saying you are not attracted to an entire race, you are implying that they all look the same, which is inherently racist.

I'm still wondering what people say about 'dark-skinned' men.

Being one myself, I'd love to be in the know...

"The darker the berry..." is what I've heard.

P.S. I'm reminded: Not too long ago, I was at a friend's house. I knew that I'd be at his house for a while, 'cause I'd brought 2 movies to watch; so, I took off my jeans to be more comfortable. Well, I was wearing really loose underwear that day and as I sat down, my balls kinda flopped out. My friend saw them. With the most serious look on his face, and very matter-of-factly, he said, "Wow, it's really black." LMAO! I can't help but chuckle every time I think about that.

i happen to be latino dating a black man.
i dont really think race matter when it comes to looking for a relationship, but if you want to look only for sex then yes, be that prick who is upset over little things like race.

I've dated/fucked/messed around with white, black, latino and mixed guys (and gals).... but I'd say they tend to be white, but that's only because most people are white where I live. It's harder to find hot guys of other races, but when I find them..........

oh and I look kinda white except by grandpa was black trinidadian, so you can tell I'm mixed with something

I heard that there are plans to make Akira into a live-action film.

But with an all white cast. And it'll be set in America. But the characters will still have their original Japanese names. :dead: Hollywood never stops with the whitewashing. It just keeps on happening.

I read somewhere it's because the all-asian/all-black cast films made in North America don't do well overseas (and tbh don't do as well domestically as movies with predominantly white cast)....so it kinda makes sense since Hollywood are all about money
