Seriously, you need to take a rain check. If you are not ready for sex, then you must not have it. You are doing yourself and your partner no favor by stepping into the arena unprepared to box. As somebody already said food takes 6 to 12 hours to pass through your body. A good dinner before won't ruin the date. Otherwise shit is not stored in the rectum. When you have shit in the lowest section of your intestines, then you feel that you need to take a dump. So your body will give you signals when anal sex is not the best idea. I was fucked about 25 times in my life and never happened anything embarrassing. Sometimes it was totally spotaneous, sometimes planned.
 
I wouldn't plan on a heavy meal before sex anyway, you can't fly with bricks in your stomach. Just keep it clean and if you have to go beforehand, make sure you shower and clean all areas very well. Your partner and you will appreciate the experience so much more.
