Internal hemorrhoids and Anal sex???

Hey Guys!!!


Today I went to my gastroenterologist and had a colonoscopy done. He told me that I have internal hemorrhoids. I'm really worried 'cause I really wanna get fucked by my boyfriend and I don't know what to do. I know that it is possible to do it, but I would love some advice from you.

Any advices of what I can do to go with it???

Eat more fiber and go slow. Wear a condom for sure as you would be at a higher risk of infection since you technically have open sores in your rectum. I'm not a doctor, but this makes sense.

Yes he did! He gave me an Analpram Advance Kit and he recommend me to eat a lot of fiber and sitz baths.

Actually, he gave you pretty much the standard regimen and advice.

The cream contains hydrocortisone which should help reduce the swelling and inflammation.

If he did a colonoscopy, he would have tied off or burned off anything that was unusually large.

Did he schedule a followup appointment?

But, since I lived in a latinamerican country our doctors may not be willing to answer anything regarding anal intercourse... and that worries me.

Hemorrhoids- internal or external- generally aren't a reason to refrain from anal sex.

The unknown is why he chose to treat them medically (instead of surgically during the procedure). It implies that they were minor but it's something you should ask him. He may have made photos during the procedure that he can show you.

If the cream and medications that he gave you are successful in relieving your symptoms, there's no particular reason that you can have anal sex with your boyfriend. Just take it slow.

Well, he did gave the photos and I remember that during the procedure I woke up and told him that it hurt, but I know that happened to some people.

Hemorrhoids are analogous to a busted lip. It swells, it bleeds, it's tender to the touch.

But you can still give a blowjob with a busted lip- it's just going to be a little painful and it might make it swell up more.

That's the situation you're in. You can have anal sex with hemorrhoids- there's no reason you can't. It's just better that you let them heal a bit before you try, otherwise you're likely to have some pain and it will aggravate the hemorrhoids temporarily if they are inflamed when you try.
