iPhone Complaints - lets hear them....

i have the 3g version, & although i love it, these are my complaints:

1. when i go on the internet, it sometimes logs out of the internet & goes back to the home screen...

2. no video recording.

3. no copy & paste.

4. i want a better camera, w/ flash.

5. sometimes when i'm in my ipod, i can't get out of it... i press the home button & it doesn't let me so i have to shut the phone down & then turn it back on...

w/ this being said, i wouldn't switch my iphone w/ anything else...

I've had my iPhone for just over 2 months and LOVE IT! I've never had it freeze. My only complaints are:

1. no copy and paste (is there an echo in here???)

2. the lack of ability to go into landscape mode for the keyboard in the two most type-heavy apps: email and texting! I can do it in Safari when it's not as necessary, but not in email or text??

While I really didn't want to switch from Verizon to ATT, I've had zero complaints about their service. Works as well as Verizon.

There is a camera application called "Night Camera" for one dollar that helps with some of the camera problems. There is still no zoom.

A first. I took mine out of my pocket and it had a totally white screen, like using the flashlight app. It would not shut off or force quit. Shit! I know how much work fixing this entails on the computer. The good news is it was easy to fix.

I plugged it in and the computer suggested that I restore the software and asked if I would like to back up the data, before it wiped out the phone. In less than 10 minutes, it replaced all the music, videos, applications and setting. Even the new calender entries were there. Pretty amazing!

lack of widescreen texting

No scroll bar, very annoying when you're forced to finger swipe down a lengthy webpage

Keyboard lag when typing on forums (for example, these forums)

No arrow keys to place the cursor, instead you have to use your finger. Most annoying when you need to correct a mispelled word in the middle of a paragraph

I don't have any complaints per say, but here are the things I would like to see on the 3.0:

• 32GB
• 5.0 Megapixel Camera with Auto Focus and Flash (Zoom?)
• Video Recording
• Watch any video online with Flash or Quicktime
• Copy & Paste
• MMS Messaging
• Landscape texting
• Video Chat/Calling
• More colors

And here are the dimensions: (yes, I thought of eve-ry-thang)

Size and Weight:
Height: 4.5 inches (115.5 mm) (current iPhone)
Width: 2.4 inches (62.1 mm) (current iPhone)
Depth: 0.30 inch (7.6 mm) (a bit thinner than the newer iPod Touch)
Weight: 4.00 ounces (113 grams) (lighter than the newer iPod Touch)

when the phone islocked there needs to be a hang up slider thing not just a pickup one

Battery life.
Copy and paste.
When you open a new "tab" and then come back to it, it reloads the page just from you opening it.

Once Windows is exterminated you'll never hear about them again.

You'll just see them everywhere. But they will blend so well that people won't mention it because it will be a necessity to have an iPhone and a mac.

So just wait for that day and you'll never have to hear about them again :D

I just went in a deep depression....
where's the knife?

my litle bro wont give me a deal on one, even tho he sells them where he works :grrr: I should not lend him petrol money anymore, ah I'm so spiteful:twisted:

Camera could be better,
Ability to attach more than one pic to an email
Multi tasking ie more than one app open at a time

I've jail broken mine so it now does movies and I can tether it wirelessly to my laptop so I can use its internet connection.

The pros far outweigh the cons and it beats my old N95 hands down in terms of ease of use and variety of applications.
