iPhone, mail not updating

I have new messages on my Yahoo account that I can only see when I'm at a computer. For some reason there is no record of the new messages on my iPhone. I hit refresh and it will have the current time as the latest refresh but the most recent message is from two days ago.

Help needed! Thanks,

Try resynching your email accounts within iTunes.

Locate your iPhone in iTunes, select Info Tab, Scroll to the bottom under Advanced, then tick Email Accounts, then synchronise.

This should reset all of your email accounts on the iPhone.
