Rachael's my girl she's got this one... just think this shows an hour we've all seen what she can do in 30 minutes :)

That's thing that bugs me about Giada -- she's so patient and detailed with her preparation and presentation, but that's probably because I'm the most impatient cook ever and tend to throw things together. But that's also why I like her. She makes everything look perfect and tasty. I give it to Giada because she has the formal culinary training.

I also have a love/hate relationship with Rachael. She can be annoying, but it's part of her appeal.

Too bad the Iron Chefs can't sit it out and Giada and Rachael can go head to head. That would be way more entertaining.

I agree with your last statement. Why do they need "help" from the Iron Chefs? Both Rachael and Giada are professional chefs, it's not like they're taking two random people off the street and putting them on the show.

I like the fact that Rachael Ray ISN'T a formally-trained chef. I like that she's just a normal person who learned how to cook and wrote a book about doing it quickly. It'll be interesting to see her in the competition.
 
I cannot believe that they are competing each other! Just imagine how would the loser's image be after the battle. Hope that there won't be those "Reality Shows Twists" during the competition.
 
I can't stand Giada's show. im not sure what it is, but she annoys me. Rachel will dominate! ever notice that Giada has a huge head?

Who won...? Can anyone provide some of the highlights...?
 
Rachel and her parter Mario Batalli won...they had to use cranberries in all of their dishes.
 
Rachel and Mario totally cheated by giving those drinks to the judges, and what about the gold flakes on the food come on that is a bit much. But I am glad they won.
 
It's amazing how serious and bitchy Rachael looked compared to her "30 Minute Meals!" The lighting in kitchen stadium was really harsh on her, LoL.

Anyway, how entertaining was that shit!? I loved it.
 
I liked seeing that Rachael could actually stop being perky long enough to focus on being a serious chef.
 
Thank god, I can't stand that other bitch. I mean presentation? Who gives a shit? It al lcomes out the same... I work 50 hrs a week, when i cook I don't want to spend 2 hrs in the kitchen, I want an amazing fast, home made dinner, a REASON why Rachel is so huge, and has three of Food Networks top rated TV shows.
