  • Hi Guest - Did you know?
Hot Topics is a Safe for Work (SFW) forum.

Is 3 Years too much notice

.... So I guess I'll go to Western Australia instead. ..|

:sex
Yippeeeeeeeeeee!!! (!) :sex:

Hey Raven maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate, ya better bloody invite me ... I'm always the life of the party!! ..|

**wonders how many jars of Vegemite one can smuggle past US Customs**
I'd help you conceal it in places they'd never think to look! ..|

I'm a cultural mismash.

I know I didn't invent this, but tried this:

Hardtack (the big round rye crispbread things from Sweden/Demark)
Spread with a little butter from Ireland
On top of that, a little Vegemite from Australia
A tiny bit of Honey from the Rocky Mountains

Been my Breakfast the last few days.

Believe it or not, the hardtack is the hardest to find in Colorado. It is sold in almost every grocery store in the UP!

Oh Raven, in three years I could very well be in Australia anyway. So I'd need no more than a few weeks' advanced notice. ;)

But you won't be over there on that boring side ... not if I have anything to do with it, anyway!!!

Usually 3-years notice for a birthday party would seem really douchebag-ish (kinda gives the impression "I'm important, make sure your schedule is cleared 3 years in advance!). But since it's for people living far away it's a different story.

But I'd rather just give them a heads up about it every now and then and send out official invitations when it's around one year to :-)

I figure it gives them time to save the $$$ to come down under, but then again who knows where any of us will be in 3 years.

In 3 years I might be 6 feet under...

IF I'm not, then I'd love to come...

...that is if I'm invited. ;)

Can I come, can I come? (*8*)

I'd love to go cruising on the harbour with you to celebrate your bday, I'll be 40 two months after you old man. :p

I'll have to kick my heels up before the dreaded 4 0. :gogirl:
