If you've read articles about her where she talks about growing up in the crime infested & dangerous area of Harlem she's said she had to toughen up at a super early age because of all the craziness growing up in that area. For example, she's said the guys & pimps would holler at her when she was, like, 12 & 13. So she started dressing in super baggy clothes and acted like one of the boys so nobody would bother her. Growing up in that environment just toughened up the girl.

Plus, she's been with Kerry Brothers for years and years.

Completely agree. Who determines what a dyke is based on how they talk, walk, dress and act? If there's a handbook somewhere, I'd like to see it. And I definitely wouldn't associate Alicia Keys with it in any way.

I never said everyone should always follow stereotypes and they're true 100% of the time, but they DO have some truth to them whether you like to believe it or not.

People can judge all they want. Everyone has a right to their own opinions. If someone thinks Alicia Keys eats pussy, that's their opinion. I personally don't, but why does it bother you so much?

As a celebrity, she is put under a microscope and going to have things said about her. All celebs face that, so there is no reason to get hissy about it.

And don't tell me "not to judge". Everyone judges to some extent. It's human.
