I once read that on a Russian website. I guess speedos on the beach are still more common in eastern Europe.
It's a shame a lot of young guys in Europe are wearing those huge baggy shorts now. I guess they want to look more "American".

However, they are still a kajillion times more lenient about it. At least if you wear a speedo in Europe if you wear a speedo, the chances of getting thrown in the drunk tank for indecent exposure are pretty much slim to none.

How about adding Australia and South America for the shorts too? I guess the only place dudes are mainly wearing speedo's are the beaches of the Great White North, and that makes sense because the beaches are just so cool up that a way.
